ARCHITECTURAL FILM FOR BUSINESS

Commercial Window Film in Sioux Falls

More usable spaces, less disruptive glare and the right level of privacy where it matters. We help business and property teams choose architectural film suited to the building, daily operations and the people using the space.

Make existing commercial glass work harder

Commercial glazing shapes a building’s appearance and comfort. Window film can deliver a practical improvement for specific goals without replacing every window. The right selection balances solar performance, visibility, privacy, appearance and site conditions.

Solar comfort for occupied workplaces

Improve conditions near sun-exposed glass by reducing glare and choosing film suited to the daylight you want, the solar load and the glass construction. Energy and temperature outcomes depend on conditions and specification. How solar control film works

Privacy where teams need it

Frosted, etched-look or patterned film can give visual separation at meeting rooms, interior partitions, reception areas and glass doors. See privacy and decorative options

A more intentional storefront

Coordinate the look of customer-facing windows while keeping the views and daylight your business needs.

Glass retention and safety

The right safety or security film system may help hold fragments together when glass breaks, depending on installation, the glass and frame, and any attachment system. Film does not make glass bulletproof or guarantee against forced entry, storm damage or injury. How security film systems work See how we approach school security film and church security film.

Recent Sioux Falls projects

K-Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, Sioux Falls (2025)

The dining room and the booths along the front windows face west. At sunset, right as dinner service starts, diners had the sun and glare in their faces for the first couple of hours. We installed Solar Silver 20% reflective film on the storefront and dining-room glass to cut the glare and late-day heat while keeping the view out. Read more about solar control film.

Steel District, Sioux Falls (Lloyd Companies)

At Lloyd Companies’ Steel District development downtown, a rooftop patio sits in front of a large window wall. Guests use the patio, while the room behind the glass serves as storage and staging for ongoing construction. One-way mirror film gives the patio a clean, mirrored wall during the day and keeps the work area out of view. Read more about privacy film.

Commercial questions

Can film help with screen glare?

Yes, selected solar-control films can reduce incoming glare. Performance depends on orientation and product.

Can you film interior glass partitions?

Yes. Decorative and frosted films are used on many interior glass applications, subject to surface suitability.

Will it change how our building looks from outside?

Some films are visible from the exterior. Neutral options keep a more natural appearance. We review samples and product data with you.

Can you work around our operations?

We plan scope, access and timing with your site contact. Exact availability is confirmed during scheduling.

Is security film the same as bulletproof glass?

No. Film and attachment systems have specific limits and are not a substitute for engineered security glazing.
